1. Services

• Private 1:1 Living Your Design Course — A foundational Human Design program delivered over a minimum of 12 weeks.

• Ongoing Private Coaching — Month-to-month bespoke mentorship for alignment, recovery, and self-discovery.

• Premium Consultation Call — A paid initial meeting to determine mutual fit, review your chart, and outline a potential coaching path.

2. Payment

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be made in full before services commence or according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward your first month or course payment if you proceed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Ongoing Coaching: Cancel anytime with at least 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date. The current paid month is non-refundable.

• Private 1:1 Living Your Design Course: Due to the nature of this program and the instant, full access to all course materials provided upon enrolment, all sales are final.

  No refunds are offered once payment is made, regardless of whether the materials are accessed or the sessions attended.
  This policy ensures fairness, protects the integrity of the program, and reflects the significant intellectual property and personal coaching provided.
  Clients are encouraged to review the program outline and book a paid Connection Call prior to enrolling to ensure the program is the right fit.

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or those cancelled within 48 hours will be counted as completed.

4. Tier Changes (Ongoing Coaching)

• You may switch between Premium and Base tiers at the end of your current billing cycle with written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, session recordings, and resources are for your personal use only.

• Copying, sharing, or distributing materials without written consent is prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time and in a distraction-free environment.

• Engage honestly and openly in the process.

• Implement insights and strategies at your own pace and responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

• All client information and session content remain strictly confidential.

• I may reference general patterns or insights for teaching or marketing purposes, but never in a way that identifies you without consent.

8. No Guarantees

• While this work can lead to significant personal insight and transformation, results vary depending on your engagement and personal circumstances.

• Coaching is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Germany, where Human Design with Gloria is based.
