Outwardly, life may still appear successful. Yet internally, something begins to shift.
Rest no longer restores energy.
Motivation becomes unreliable.

But if the underlying mechanics of how a person is designed to operate are ignored, these approaches rarely restore vitality.

Decisions are designed to be made differently.
Certain pressures are amplified depending on the openness of the system.

Listening to the Signals of the Body
The BodyGraph is not an abstract diagram.
Each centre corresponds to biological systems and organs within the body.
When a person lives against their natural design, the body often signals the strain first.
For example:
Pressure in the Root may appear as constant urgency.
Distortion in the Heart can create cycles of proving worth and exhaustion.
Emotional amplification in the Solar Plexus may feel like unpredictable emotional pressure.
In this work, we learn to recognise these signals and interpret them through the mechanics of the centres.

The Living Your Design Experience

There is no expectation to continue into Private Mentorship.
Some do. Many don’t. Both are correct.

What This Is Not
Living Your Design is not:
• motivational coaching
• therapy or psychological treatment
• a large group course
• a rapid transformation programme
It is a private orientation to the mechanics of your design.
The purpose is not to change who you are.
It is to understand how your system actually operates so that life can be lived in accordance with it.
How It Works
The Structure
Four private sessions over 12 weeks.
Each session lasts 60–75 minutes.
Sessions are held online (Zoom) and recorded for your private use.
Access to recorded materials throughout the 12 weeks to support orientation and integration.
No preparation required beyond your birth data.
The recorded materials provide a steady context and reflection as life unfolds.
The private sessions are where this is personalised, grounded in your lived experience and real decision-making
This is a quiet, contained space to understand yourself and make decisions from clarity again.

While each session is tailored to your chart and your situation, we typically explore:
how your energy works, practically,
where misalignment and pressure are draining you,
how you are designed to make decisions,
the patterns behind burnout, confusion, and self-doubt,
identity, direction, and what is no longer sustainable,
small, realistic adjustments for a more aligned way of living.

I am a Self-Projected Projector and a private Human Design mentor. I work with a limited number of clients each year, primarily adults navigating burnout, identity confusion, misalignment, and the need for a more honest way of living.
My work is direct and precise.
I help you hear yourself clearly, without noise or overwhelm.

For those who want to sense whether this is the correct next step, a short private call is available to assess fit.
Both paths lead to the same contained 1:1 Living Your Design.
